What are the Qualifying Conditions for a Medical Cannabis Card in Oklahoma?
Oklahoma state law does not include a list of qualifying conditions for medicinal cannabis. According to State Question 788, the proposed medical cannabis law approved by voters, doctors shall recommend licenses using the same judgment they would for prescriptions. In other words, a doctor can write a recommendation for any condition they see fit for medicinal cannabis treatment.

You will need to register with OMMA & apply online. If you decide not to have us submit your approval for medical cannabis on your behalf, you will need to register with the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) here. You’ll submit the information given to you from our doctors, along with additional details, and pay the state application fee of $100, or $20 for Medicaid (SoonerCare) or Medicare patients.
