To obtain your medical marijuana card in Ohio, is a simple process.

• Book an Appointment with a Doctors of Cannabis Certified Physician:

  • Schedule your appointment with one of our Certified Physicians.

• Get Certified by the Physician:

  • During the appointment, the physician will evaluate your medical condition and determine if you qualify for medical marijuana
  • If you qualify, the physician will certify you and create your profile in the Patient & Caregiver Registry.    

• Register with the State:

  • You will receive an email from the Patient & Caregiver Registry with instructions on how to log in to your profile.   
  • Complete the online registration and pay the annual fee ($50 for patients).    

• Obtain Your Medical Marijuana Card:

  • Once your registration is approved, you will be able to purchase medical marijuana from a licensed Ohio dispensary.
