How To Get Your Medical Cannabis Card In Oklahoma

To obtain your medical cannabis card in Oklahoma:

Physician Recommendation:

  • Schedule an Appointment with Registered Physician: Book you online appointment with one of the Doctors of Cannabis Certified Physicians.
  • Medical Evaluation: The physician will conduct a medical evaluation to assess your condition and give you a recommendation for a medical marijuana card with the State of Oklahoma (OMMA).

Application Submission:

  • Gather Necessary Documents: You'll need to gather the following documents:

    • Proof of Oklahoma residency (e.g., driver's license, utility bill)
    • Proof of identity (e.g., driver's license, passport)    
    • A recent photograph
    • The Physician Recommendation Form signed by your doctor   
       
  • Submit Application: You can submit your application online through the OMMA website.  You’ll submit the information given to you from our doctors, along with additional details, and pay the state application fee of $100, or $20 for Medicaid (SoonerCare) or Medicare patients.

License Issuance:

  • Processing Time: The OMMA will review your application. Once approved, you will receive your medical marijuana card in the mail in about two (2) weeks.
